Product details
The TÁTU trumpet mute is one of the most popular models in the series and impresses with clean intonation, clear articulation, and a natural playing feel. Its well-thought-out geometric shape ensures that the muted sound carries effortlessly and cuts through well in an ensemble without losing its tone. The response—that is, the speed at which the sound begins after blowing—is very direct. This allows for precise execution of fast runs and short staccato notes. Whether in the low register or the brilliant high register, soft piano or powerful forte: the mute remains easy to play across all registers and dynamics. Since it fits both B-flat and C trumpets equally well, it is a versatile companion for brass bands, orchestras, and big bands. A mute that opens up new timbres without compromising playing comfort.

Manufacturer: Tàtu
The Tatu trumpet mutes offer a versatile range for practice, jazz, stage, or studio use. From quiet practice mutes to straight and cup models, each provides controlled sound attenuation while maintaining intonation. Durable, compact, and ready to use perfect for musicians seeking flexible tone and volume control.
