Product details
The Jo-Ral TPT-4A Bucket Mute delivers the soft, warm, and rounded sound typical of this type of mute. Bucket mutes take the edge off the sound, making them ideal for gentle ballads, big-band arrangements, and quiet passages in an ensemble. The mute is made of machined aluminum and has been tested for consistent response across all registers. The result is a balanced sound with nearly perfect intonation. A thoughtful design detail is the neoprene-reinforced cork pads made of composite material. They remain flexible, adhere reliably to the bell, and neither dry out nor become brittle or break off. This ensures the mute remains ready for use for a long time and can be precisely adjusted for an optimal fit. A durable companion for anyone who wants to add a velvety touch to their trumpet sound.
