Product details
The Yamaha Arius YDP-S36B delivers the sound of a concert grand piano in a sleek, living-room-friendly design, making it ideal for daily practice at home. The GHS (Graded Hammer Standard) keyboard features heavier keys in the bass range and lighter keys in the treble range, providing a natural playing feel. The sound is based on samples from the Yamaha CFX concert grand piano. VRM Lite simulates the resonance of the strings, adding depth to the sound. Three pedals, including a damper pedal with a half-pedal function, allow for nuanced playing just like on an acoustic piano. Two 12-cm speakers with 2 × 8 W output and diffuser grilles deliver clear, balanced surround sound. You can play quietly through headphones, and the Stereophonic Optimizer ensures a natural sound image. Ten tones, 353 built-in pieces ranging from classics to etudes, as well as Bluetooth for audio streaming and the Smart Pianist app, round out the features. With the lid closed, the piano becomes an elegant piece of furniture that inspires you to play every day.
