The M|O Saxophone Ligature combines the lightweight design of the well-known Masters ligature with the precise and reliable locking mechanism of the Optimum series. The result is a particularly well-balanced combination of comfort, stability, and tonal control.
Thanks to its light weight, the instrument responds freely and directly, while the unique double-thread mechanism allows for quick, symmetrical tightening. Its ease of use simplifies daily adjustments and ensures the reed remains securely in place at all times.
The reverse tightening mechanism, with only two small contact points on the reed, minimizes damping. This allows the reed to vibrate optimally, supporting a clear response and precise articulation. At the same time, the sound remains open, flexible, and easily controllable.
The M|O reed screw is suitable for a wide variety of musical styles and offers a balanced combination of free sound development and stable fixation.
