Thanks to its superior control, it enables a secure, centered tone and precise intonation. The lower register of clarinets and saxophones, in particular, is strengthened and stabilized. At the same time, it improves response and responsiveness and offers excellent grip on the reed—ideal for synthetic reeds as well.
