Johannes Gleichweit co-founded Maxton with Ing. Martin Fluch in 2008. Since April 2019, he has been running his own company again, Gleichweit - Mouthpieces, offering well-known mouthpieces and constantly implementing new ideas, including mouthpieces made of innovative materials. Through collaboration with professional clarinetists, he continuously improves his products and provides customized mouthpieces to meet the individual needs of musicians.
