Born in Ivrea (Torino) Italy. Diploma in Saxophone achieved in 2003 at the “Conservatorio della Valle
d’Aosta”
- Bachelor's Degree in Jazz Saxophone achieved in 2010 at the Conservatory of
Lausanne (HEMU, Switzerland)
- Master's Degree in Jazz Performance achieved in 2012 at the Conservatory of
Lausanne (HEMU, Switzerland).
Since 2003 he is professor of saxophone at the "Scuola di Formazione e
Orientamento Musicale" in Valle d'Aosta (Italy). He teaches saxophone, harmony,
ensemble, improvisation and jazz language to any type of student, regardless of
age and level. The ideology of education of the school is to divulge the musical
culture in the area, in particular through the experience of making music together,
putting at the center of its philosophy the collective practice rather than
individuality. In recent years, Prof. Pramotton personally followed the creation
and development of groups of ensemble music through educational courses that
combine the different skills of each student valuing attitudes of everyone; in
particular, he is the director of "Sfom Jazz Orchestra", an ensemble that brings
together students of different musical inclinations with a repertoire composed
specifically, performing in the summer of 2013 in the important festivals "Aosta

- He receives the assignment as a teacher by the Professor Daryl M. Lowery at the
Berklee College of Music in Boston, for students of High Schools in Boston
- In 2009 he participated as a teacher of saxophone, harmony and ensemble music
in the international seminar of music "Ad Occhi Chiusi" in the village of
Pittigliano (Tuscany)
- In 2010 he participated as a teacher of saxophone, harmony and ensemble music
in the international seminar of music "Ad Occhi Chiusi" in the village of
Bagnacavallo (Ravenna)
- In 2014 he participated as a teacher of saxophone, harmony and ensemble music
in the international seminar of music “Cluster” in Aosta (Italy)
