Striving for the best possible quality always has the highest priority at Schagerl.

On the occasion of our 60th company anniversary in 2021, in close cooperation with MATTHIAS KERNSTOCK (solo trumpeter of the Vienna Symphony Orchestra), our existing “WIEN” model was completely revised, and the famous sound concept of the Schagerl Instruments was improved even further.

This result can be both seen and heard. This new trumpet bears the name “WIEN 2021”, and is based on our first legendary Viennese model “W-2001”, developed 20 years ago by Robert Schagerl together with our friend and advisor, the great HANS GANSCH.

This new model immediately impresses, with an extremely precise response in all registers, excellent intonation and the unmistakable “Schagerl Sound”, which now is even more complex and varied. The heart of this trumpet is its precision valve block, completely manufactured by Schagerl, using the latest CNC technology, installed in all of our rotary valve trumpet models since 2010.

Our instruments are made according to the latest findings in traditional handcraft, with the most modern tools, and the utmost accuracy and precision. Every instrument is subject to strict quality control before it leaves our master workshop.

With this concept, the Schagerl company remains true to its motto: “In Quality we trust!”
