ABOUT THE ARTIST

Born on December 12th, 1970 in Steyr – Upper Austria. After his A-levels at the HAK Steyr, he studied jazz trumpet at the Conservatory in Vienna, classical trumpet at University Mozarteum in Salzburg at Professor Hans Gansch, IGP studies – jazz trumpet at Anton Bruckner University in Linz.

Concerts in Austria and abroad with Dancing Star Orchestra, Orchestra of Vereinigten Bühnen in Vienna, Big Band for the Volksopera in Vienna, Nouvelle Cuisine, Richard Österreicher Big Band, Upper Austrian Jazz Orchestra, Lungau Big Band, Jazzorchester Vorarlberg, Broadway Big Band, LA Big Band, Bullhorns, Klezmoreorchestra Wien;

Performances with Martin Grubinger, Richard Bona, Gunhild Carling, James Morrison, Randy Brecker, Bob Mintzer, Nils Landgren, Maria Joao, Willi Resetarits, Uri Caine, Juvavuum Brass, OENM – Austrian Ensemble for Contemporary Music, Vienna Brass Connection, Vienna Brass Connection, Mozarteum Orchestra Salzburg.
